New Water & Sewer Online Biller Pay System

The Town of Lovettsville is excited to announce a new partnership with Invoice Cloud to provide residents online Water and Sewer bills and payments. With the new system, Lovettsville residents now have several secure options for paying Water & Sewer bills, including one time pay and mobile pay. Over the next few months the Town will be transitioning to the user-friendly online biller payment system and you can register for an account by clicking here: Lovettsville Water and Sewer online. When residents register an account, please be sure to provide the full account number, including the dash (ex: 00000-00).
