Description

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:         
Provide new entry signs at the north and south ends of Berlin Pike and E Broad Way, similar to the new entry signs in Middleburg, to replace the faded Loudoun county signage. Add a monument sign at the corner of E Broad Way and Lovettsville Road. Rehabilitation of existing monument sign on Berlin Pike and S Loudoun Street. Design and install wayfinding signage throughout town for businesses, parking and landmarks. 

PROJECT BOUNDARIES:         
North Berlin Pike, East Broad Way and South Berlin Pike       

GOAL ADDRESSED:    
To provide Lovettsville residents with a sense of place.

Status Updates

PROJECT STATUS:      
Staff has contracted Quail Run Signs to develop a wayfinding signage program plan.  Quail Run has submitted several proofs for review with the most current draft as an attachment.

NEXT PROJECT MILESTONE
Staff to present the current draft proofs to the infrastructure committee in April for a recommendation of approval for councils consideration.
