Robert "Bob" Kowalski Named as New Project Manager

📌 The Town of Lovettsville is pleased to introduce Robert “Bob” Kowalski as the Town’s new Project Manager. Bob officially started today and will be overseeing the Town’s public works function that includes project planning, budgeting and execution, as well as the maintenance and upkeep of the Town’s facilities and grounds, and supervision of the Public Works Coordinator position. Bob currently resides in Harpers Ferry and has a wealth of experience in project management with capital projects and maintenance of facilities. He has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Rutgers University and is an Eagle Scout that remains active with the Potomac Appalachian Trail Club doing trail maintenance and rehabilitation of the trail. In Bob’s own words, “I am honored to receive the position of Project Manager for the Town of Lovettsville. With my experience across multiple fields from engineering to construction, I am looking forward to helping maintain and improve the town with unique perspective.” Please join us in welcoming our new Project Manager.
