The Financial Policy includes eight sections: Introduction, Accounting, Auditing and Financial Reporting; Revenue Management; Budget Management; Cash Management; Reserve Management; Debt Management; and Management of Fixed Capital Assets. The Financial Policy is intended to establish guidelines for the continued strength and stability of the Town of Lovettsville.
The prevailing Financial Policy was adopted by Town Council on October 23, 2025.
