Lovettsville Volunteer Fire and Rescue Station: The Lovettsville Volunteer Fire and Rescue Company (No. 12), in conjunction with the Loudoun County Department of Fire, Rescue and Emergency Management, applied in April of 2017 to be annexed into the Town of Lovettsville for the purpose of constructing a new fire station south of the existing facility. Construction was completed in 2025. View the approved site plan below.
Residential Developments
Lennar Homes is developing a 20-lot subdivision on the Schoene Property immediately east of Lakeview neighborhood. The subdivision, named Chestnut Vale, is linked by a new road to a 13-lot subdivision on the County portion of the property. Both subdivisions will be accessed from Lovettsville Road. Construction is expected in 2025.
