A Message from Mayor Hornbaker
We are excited to bring back our town newsletter as yet another way to keep our residents informed, engaged, and connected. Earlier this year at our Council Retreat, we agreed that this avenue of communication was a key component of keeping up to date on what's happening around town.
Each weekly edition will include information about upcoming events, Town projects, public meetings, public safety, community organizations, Loudoun County Parks and Recreation, Lovettsville Library, volunteer opportunities, important public notices, and other news that affects our residents. Whether you're interested in learning about road improvements, upcoming festivals, new businesses, or ways to get involved, this newsletter is just one of our many ways to help keep you informed.
As you review the newsletter each week, we encourage you to attend Town meetings, participate in community events, volunteer with local organizations, and share your ideas for making Lovettsville an even better place to live, work, and visit.
This newsletter is intended to be a valuable resource for subscribers that will complement, not replace, our new website and already active Facebook and Instagram social media channels by providing a convenient summary of the information most important to our residents.
