A6 LLC Annexation Proposal: The Applicant seeks to annex 27.26 acres between the Community Park and Lutheran Church Road and subsequently rezone the property to establish a retail center of approximately 29,000 square feet of retail uses, up to 10,000 square feet of dining or brewery use abutting Berlin Turnpike and two industrial buildings of approximately170,800 square feet. LVSU 2022-0001, Schoene Property Section 2 – Construction Plans for a 20-lot subdivision located on the east side of the Lake View townhouses can be viewed below. Construction has commenced on the property and connections to Town utilities is expected to start in June 2026.
