Pursuant to and in compliance with Town of Lovettsville Ordinance 2020-03-0006 (adopted by the Lovettsville Town Council on March 26, 2020) this meeting will be held electronically.

The Committee Members and staff will be participating remotely.

1. Memorial Day/ Devi out assignments to committee members
   1. Printable Flag PDF
      1. Ask to post on Town FB page. Ask Mayor to send out
      2. “Take pictures of colored flag in your window (make sure address isn’t visible for privacy). Send in your picture to Love America email address by May 21^st so it can be featured in our Memorial Day ceremony. Please note that by sending your picture you are granting permission for the LOVE America committee to use your picture.”
   2. Speak with Mrs. Stillman about recording her singing the National Anthem.
   3. Put together video of wreath being placed on the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier
   4. Contact Historical Society about giving a brief (10-15 min) presentation about Lovettsville’s part in the Civil War
   5. Would the Mayor like to send in a few words?
   6. Ask everything recorded be submitted by May 18^th with the exception of pictures to ensure the LOVE America committee has time to compile each part into one video.
   7. Video to be played on the town FB page starting at 11 on Memorial Day along with a special Town email be sent at the same time.
