This is a 5K Family Fun Run that is done completely in the Town Square (1 West Broad Way) on New Year’s Eve. Join us for 27 laps of pain (or rather fun and silliness) where you can ring in the New Year with other Lovettsvillians! We’re not keeping time…no prize for the fastest runner. This will be a chance to celebrate the ringing in of the New Year with your friends and family. Prizes are all regifts from the holidays so you can go home with something someone else doesn’t want to keep! The race champion is selected at random so everyone has the opportunity to be a winner even if you haven’t run since being chased by that big dog down the street.
