Town Administrative Building Groundbreaking

The Town of Lovettsville is excited to announce that we will be constructing our new Town Administration Building over the next 3 months. This 2,400 SF structure will be installed on our Town’s property directly adjacent to our existing building.
Because this structure is prefabricated there will be little disruption to our neighbors. Over the next few weeks, we will be preparing our site which will include excavating and pouring our foundation. We will be placing the building within the second week in September. Finishes to the interior and exterior of the building and minor site work will take place between the middle of September and the end of October.
The groundbreaking for the Administrative Building is scheduled for August 7 at 3:00pm located at the Municipal Parking lot adjacent to Town Hall.
