Town Council Approves Comprehensive Plan

On December 15, 2022, Council approved an update to the Lovettsville Comprehensive Plan. New policies include improved environmental protections, traffic and pedestrian safety improvements, continued commercial development, and an evaluation of housing affordability in the Town. Land use policies incorporate newly annexed properties.  Maintaining the small-town character and walkability continues to be a fundamental goal of the Plan. View the Comprehensive Plan
