The Town of Lovettsville is located in northern Loudoun County, just two miles south of the Potomac River. Lovettsville has been a thriving small community since it was originally settled by German immigrants in the 1730s. Today, Lovettsville is known for its small town character, as it blends centuries of history with an exciting future.

2015-16 Comprehensive Plan Amendment - Public Hearings 
The Town of Lovettsville Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on the draft comprehensive plan amendment on Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at the Lovettsville Game Club located at 16 South Berlin Pike.  The public is encouraged to attend the meeting to learn more about the proposed comprehensive plan amendment as well as to express their views on the amendment, which is available by clicking here. 

 A FINAL DRAFT of the plan amendment, with all edits accepted in the document, has been posted on the Town's website for ease of reading.  The final draft can be accessed by following the link above to the "Comprehensive Plan" page.  To view specific edits (as indicated by underlines and strike-throughs), follow the links associated with the individual chapters.

Envision LOUDOUN - Our County, Our Future 
Envision LOUDOUN is an 18-month initiative being conducted by Loudoun County Government that will have a lasting impact on the Loudoun community, helping to promote a continued high quality of life in the county.  

The process addresses growth, land use, transportation, community facilities and amenities, economic development, and fiscal management.  You can participate by sharing your thoughts through a broad range of community engagement opportunities. Envision LOUDOUN will result in a New Comprehensive Plan that will serve as Loudoun County government’s guiding document for land use and development for the foreseeable future.

The first step in the community engagement process will include a series of "listening and learning" workshops throughout the county in November.  Join others who care about the future of Loudoun and share ideas through fun, interactive activities in a casual,  small-group setting.  For more information about Envision LOUDOUN, including the upcoming workshops, click HERE.

Lovettsville Square - Phase 1 Now Leasing!
